We carried out the full refurbishment and extension of this terraced house, replacing an old rear extension with a new wraparound extension. The project has completely opened up the ground floor, creating a brighter and more practical family living space. The works included installing large sliding doors to the garden and rooflights to bring in more natural light. Inside, we reworked the layout to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with the kitchen repositioned to improve the overall flow of the space. We also installed a glazed internal screen at the entrance, moved the WC under the stairs, and reconfigured the internal layout to make better use of the available space. Fire safety upgrades were completed as part of the build, including the installation of a discreet mist suppression system in line with Building Control requirements.
