We were so delighted we chose John to build the complex extension to our Art & Crafts period house. It was always going to be challenging, we are not experienced developers, but John and his team were amazing. John builds to a standard, and that standard is high. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of construction and is constantly vigilant to ensure his incredibly hard working team, are adhering to the right sequence and specifications. He is passionate about good design, and meticulous in ensuring the materials and construction are sympathetic to the existing structure. He was precise in preparing the quote, so we knew exactly what to expect, and if variations need to be made, either by choice or necessity, he explained the options before hand and we proceeded with confidence. He has put together an amazing team of very skilled craftsmen, who worked throughout all four seasons, all day every day.
